Cardio and Core Circuit

My mom really loved my workout last week. Actually, she asked who created it. Thanks mom. I have to agree with her about loving it, though. I really liked the idea of mixing cardio and strength up. This week, I made one in a similar way, but focusing on cardio and core. Mostly because I am still trying to work on adding core into my workouts. If it is built in during the workout, I am much more likely to do it!

Hope you enjoy! Basically, complete the white portion once (it will be 10 minutes). I choose to do it running, but anything works. Then, complete the yellow part (core) 3 times through, 20 reps each!

  1. I can’t run outside today either! As soon as I woke up to hearing the rain still pouring, my first thought was “what am I going to do for a workout?!” This looks amazing, but the thought of using a treadmill right now makes me want to die. I am so spoiled… lol

      that’s my first thought too!! I hated the idea of a treadmill, but i liked that i could control my speeds and try faster speeds. outside will always have my heart <3

  5. I love getting core work in like that, especially standing twists. so effective without the basic crunch

      yes! I love when i can work on core while stannding. i always feel more productive because once i lay down, I have a hard time getting up!
