Sunday: Heading to my parent’s to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I haven’t talked about it much, but a few weeks ago my dad woke up in a ton of pain, and unable to feel his wrist and hand, as well as excruciating pain throughout his shoulder and elbow. This happened right before his birthday, and he just didn’t want to celebrate until he felt better. We decided we would do it tonight, even though things haven’t really gotten better. Pray for him to feel better!
Monday: Mexican Chicken in the crockpot. I cannot find my recipe, so I think I am just going to wing it and throw a bunch of things in the crock pot! Sounds easy enough, right?
Tuesday: Supposed to be Steak and Baked Potatoes. However, if we have steak Sunday for my dad’s birthday, this may get pushed back. Second option is Alfredo
Wednesday: Fiesta Chicken
Thursday: Hot dogs and Mac and Cheese
Friday: Out to dinner with my cousins!
Saturday: Aaron, Matt, and I are going to the Pen’s game in the afternoon, so we will probably grab something there or just eat leftovers when we get home!
Tuesday: Yoga and 4 mile run
Wednesday- current: Not exercising
Saturday: The Color Run
There you have it! My meal planning this week was really hard to do for some reason. I just couldn’t come up with menu ideas, but it looks good to me at least. Hopefully Aaron agrees! I’m hoping to work out this week, too, but might ease back into it and see how I feel.
