How many of you can guess I wrote 1/5/13 the first time? Yep, It’ll probably take me until June to get used to writing 2014! I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Aaron and I went to a beautiful wedding last year. I cannot wait to share some photos tomorrow. I’m running on some minimal sleep right now, but thankfully we don’t have a busy day ahead of us. Let’s get right to it.
Sunday: Heading to our In Laws for Dinner
Monday: Fettuccine Alfredo with Beer Biscuits
Tuesday: Salsa Chicken in Crockpot
Wednesday: Tilapia topped with crab meat, and remaining beer biscuits. Broccoli on the side.
Thursday: Meatball Sandwiches and sweet potato fries
Friday: Salsa Chicken leftovers on top of salads
Saturday: Date Night!
Fitness for the Week
I’ve been managing to get pretty good workouts in, but I’m not 100% yet. My runs slightly hurt, and I can’t do a lot of jumping around or circuits. I’m happy I can do anything, though!
Monday: 30 Minute Elliptical and Danica’s Upper Body strength Workout
Tuesday: 4 Mile Run and this ab workout that made me remember I hate abs
I was sore for days…
Wednesday: Rest Day. Pretty sore, and my toe was swollen, so I didn’t want to do too much.
Thursday: 5 Mile Run and the same ab workout as Tuesday.
Also did this leg workout later on.
But I still can’t do lunges so I did front and back kicks for those!
Friday: 25 Minute Elliptical, and Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
Saturday: 25 Minute HIIT run on the treadmill.
Sunday: Rest Day
