Meals and Fitness 1/19/14

Good morning, friends!   Sunday: Leftovers/throw something together/ go to one of our parents. Monday: Taco Pasta with Garlic Bread Tuesday: Chicken, mixed veggies, and brown rice Wednesday: Breakfast for dinners. Probably Omelets, roasted potatoes, zucchini. Thursday: Chicken wraps, broccoli, and some sort of fries Friday: Leftovers Saturday: Mini pizzas with tortillas, broccoli, brown rice Sunday: Turkey Ham, Sweet Potato Fries   As always, this is what I plan, but sometimes things come up.
