Before I get started, I wanted to share some meals from last week so you can see a bit of what they usually look like!

Tuesday: Tortilla Soup (frozen so easy to defrost!)
Wednesday: Chicken Patty’s on Bun

Fitness for the Week:
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: Harder than it Looks and 3 Mile Run
Tuesday: 5 Mile Run and Core Workout
Thursday: 5 Mile run with warm up and cool down and Ab Workout
Friday: Mismatch of walking, some kettlebell, some boxing, squats, deadlifts. I wasn’t really feeling it in the morning and was quite tired, so I just did whatever my body wanted, ha. At least I got up and got going! Not all days are great!
Saturday: 6 Mile Run
