Meals and Fitness 3/2/14

Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and not expecting a ton of snow like we are. Could be a rough morning around here tomorrow! Anyway, let’s get to it!

Before I get started, I wanted to share some meals from last week so you can see a bit of what they usually look like!

Back to this week’s meal plan!

Sunday: Chicken Wraps

Monday: Tilapia and Crab Meat

Tuesday: Tortilla Soup (frozen so easy to defrost!)

Wednesday: Chicken Patty’s on Bun

Thursday: Chicken Salads

Friday: Out.

Saturday: Salsa Chicken

 

Fitness for the Week:

Sunday: Rest Day

Monday: Harder than it Looks and 3 Mile Run

Tuesday: 5 Mile Run and Core Workout

Wednesday: 30 Minute Elliptical and Body weight cardio circuit along with Arm Burner

Thursday: 5 Mile run with warm up and cool down and Ab Workout

Friday: Mismatch of walking, some kettlebell, some boxing, squats, deadlifts. I wasn’t really feeling it in the morning and was quite tired, so I just did whatever my body wanted, ha. At least I got up and got going! Not all days are great!

Saturday: 6 Mile Run
