Meals and Fitness 8/24/14

Well hey there. Hope you are having a fantastic weekend! I’m filling my day with some church, teaching a class, gearing up for the week, and making some snacks for Aaron and his friends for their Fantasy Football Draft tonight.

Sunday: Chicken and sweet potato fries.

Monday: Breakfast for dinner

Tuesday: Life Group

Wednesday: Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Thursday: Dinner at my parents

Friday: Out for Shelby’s Birthday

Saturday: Dinner with friends

weekly workout schedule

Sunday: Insane Cardio

Monday: Taught BodySculpt. Oh my word, I was shaking like crazy after this one! I went body part by body part, and used heavier weights. By the end with side planks, I had to go on forearms because I thought my arms might snap at the elbow from shaking! ha I LOVE that feeling!

Tuesday: 4 Mile Run

Wednesday: 3 mile run and Taught some Interval Sculpt

Thursday: 5 mile run

Friday: Rest day.

Saturday: With changing my rest days to Friday, the only thing I’ve really noticed is that I have lost my motivation to run on Saturdays. It’s been a struggle to get going on Saturdays. Perhaps it’s because I’ve been busy instead Saturday mornings, too, ha. I did manage 5 mile on the treadmill though around lunchtime.

Total miles run this year —>420.7 miles

What are three things you are doing today?

What is your favorite way to start Saturday mornings?

  1. Would have loved to be on that BodySculpt class! I love it when the burn is real!

Today is my rest day but fitness is always on my mind so when a little fitness fashion shopping! Ah retail therapy. Ha! I am also meal prepping today and will go out for dinner later.

Every saturday I love to wake up dancing to a song I love and have my pets join me! It just makes my day!
