Work It All 30 Minute Full Body Workout

You guys, yesterday was a day. I had grand plans to finish some returns, look for a storage option under our TV, and enjoy a slower day popping into stores here and there. What I didn’t expect was to not find the receipt for such returns which was a huge disappointment. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has bought more than they wanted “just in case” with grand plans to return what doesn’t work. Well, that was my plan and now I have a bunch of frames that I’m hoping to get some kind of credit for! Obviously, cue the hormones because I searched my house for over an hour looking for a receipt and called Aaron crying, ha! He, being the most amazing guy ever, was totally fine with it and just said, things happen, no worries, we’ll use the store credit at some point. Thank goodness he was more understanding than I was! Anyway, that set my whole day off on the wrong foot, to where I didn’t even go, and I ended up being beyond lazy, ha! Some days are just like that.

Alright enough of my pity story… I haven’t shared a new workout in a few weeks! Believe me, I’m still making them, using them, and teaching them! I love that I have The 21 Day Fix workouts to keep me in shape along with the workouts I teach. Some days I just don’t want to think of a workout to do and love that I can just press play!

Today’s workout focuses on multiple body parts, as that’s my favorite way to train, and finishes up with some core. It’s light on the lunges, though, due to those being extremely uncomfortable at this point.

  3. I know it was not funny at the time for you, but the image of you crying while searching for a receipt is a little bit funny! Only because it sounds like something I would do if I was having a bad day too haha. Thankfully, most stores will give you store credit if you don’t have the receipt : )

Lol it’s hilarious to picture and so ridiculous! I know we can get store credit, but it’s just not a store we shop at often, or is super close. Now I’ll need to come up with projects to buy things from there for! haha

  4. Um… I gave my boyfriend his anniversary present without actually making sure the present was in the box… therefore I gave him an empty box to open. Girlfriend of the year right here haha. Love the workout 🙂

  5. We went to Target over the weekend to complete my registry and they told us we couldn’t use the discount because it would be MAILED to us! Cue the hormones, definitiely thought I was going to cry and freak out on the sweet lady who told us that. Luckily we spoke to another worker who said oh they probably already emailed it to you (which they did and I had failed to notice!) so we ended up being able to use it, thank goodness. But whew, those hormones man! They are rough!! And you will use those frames once baby girl is here and you’re needing to frame some of her pictures 🙂

I didn’t get mine mailed or emailed! It was on my registry under offers at the top. I thought that was so silly of them, but check yours because I had one to use online, one to use in the store, and 3 more for family/friends!

  6. Awww, pregnancy hormones can be tough! This looks like a great workout. Thanks for sharing!

  7. I HATE when I lose the receipt of things that I need to return. I am sorry to say that it happens all too frequently…

  8. I’m notorious for losing receipts! I’ve ended up keeping so many things because I was either too lazy to take them back, or because I lost the receipt. That is such a bummer!
